IT Technician

You will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure

📦 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?

• IT infrastructure administration (Windows servers, workstations, printers, portable terminals)
• Functional and technical support for business software (WMS, TMS)
• Management of IT purchases (hardware, licenses, equipment)
• Technical support for internal users and external clients
• Coordination and implementation of IT projects with third-party partners
• Onboarding of new clients and configuration of e-commerce gateways
• Configuration and maintenance of connections between e-commerce sites and our IS
• Management of the Windows environment (Active Directory) and Office 365

📦 REQUIRED PROFILE

Education: Minimum of two years of higher education in IT

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position

Essential Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL
• Administration of Windows systems and networks
• Multi-level user support
• Office 365 environment
• Desired qualities: Autonomy, responsiveness, proactiveness, thoroughness

📦 Terms of Employment

Location: 28-30 Boulevard Gaston Birgé in ANGERS.

Contract Start Date: October 2025

Contract type: Full-time permanent contract

Status: Employee

Hours: Day shift

Compensation: Starting from €30,000 per year
